It's not a bedtime fairy tale. It's not even a story about greedy immigrants in a new country. It's a history of the wish raised above doubt and fear of failure. Something new is always a combination of previous experience, knowledge, self-confidence, and social estimations. We need a change.

How can I value success? Usually, most people return to their school days and take us on a journey about their talents turned into a passion, academic achievements, business ventures, and even spiritual discoveries. I'm not one of them.
I want to be a little sparkle added to a big choir of ardent people who try and bring to success new ideas. For many years, I worked in the computer industry. My professional effort brought me to the end, and my passion for baking became one of the ideas to explore later in life.
For the last twenty years, I run a bilingual blog and tried many recipes I want to share with you. Since a bakery business is my first one, I would like to take some small and hopefully positive steps to prove my idea.
